TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. PRIVACY GUARANTEE a) Personal information provided to The Right Invite will not be released to third parties unless such release is necessary in the normal course of business, eg. credit card processing with bank, or such release is required by a court of law. b) The Right Invite will under no circumstances sell or give customer details to third parties. 2. ORDERING a) The Right Invite accepts cash, Pay Pal, direct deposit, money orders and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex - all without surcharge) as methods of payment. Payments are only deemed to have been accepted when they are actually received by The Right Invite. b) Money's will not be debited from a client's credit card account until the order is dispatched unless a special purchase order must be made to fulfil the client order. 3. CANCELLATION OF ORDER a) Orders must be cancelled in writing by way of surface mail or e-mail. No cancellation shall be deemed to be executed unless such notification is actually received by The Right Invite. Cancellation will not be deemed to be made merely by the client submitting such notice. 4. REFUND / EXCHANGE a) Excluding your statutory rights, exchange or refund for returned goods will be negotiated on a case by case basis. The client must obtain written consent from an agent of The Right Invite prior to returning any goods. Return of goods is at the expense of the client. Goods must be returned in mint condition. Refund may be minus any government / bank fees, cost of obtaining goods, P&H charges (whether you paid them or we did), P&H cost for us to return goods to our supplier, any supplier restocking fee plus any other charges incurred by The Right Invite. b) Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange stock that has been cut to size for you or purchased especially for you. c) In the unlikely event of goods arriving to you in a damaged state, they will be replaced by The Right Invite. Claims must be made within 7 days and evidence of damaged goods will be required. 7. PRODUCT  SIZES a) Product sizes indicated on this web site are approximate only. 8. COLOURS a) Colours of stock displayed on this web site are an indication only as Monitor's display colours differently. 9. JURISDICTION a) All agreements or disputes arising from this ordering process shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia and disputes heard in the State of Victoria, Australia.
