Delivery
Delivery times
Allow approximately 5 days for delivery. Orders are
usually dispatched within 2 business days of receipt of payment and you can
see by our testimonials that we have a very good reputation in this
regard. The occasional order may take up to 14 days, worst case
scenario, because we or our supplier/s happen to be out of stock
(although this is extremely rare). If we are out of stock of any item, you
will be promptly informed via e-mail or telephone and given an estimated
delivery time.Backorders will be
dispatched at no cost to you. |

Payment
We accept Amex, Visa and Mastercard (all without surcharge), directly over the internet, by telephone, fax or e-mail
as well as cheque and money order. Be assured, our site is secure,
using the highest possible encryption software.
Address
details and conditions for cheque / money order payment will be provided when you 'check out'
after you've done your shopping. |

Postage and Handling
charges
P&H usually works out between $2.50 and $12.30.
Very heavy or large orders are $19.90.
The shopping cart software calculates the
P&H charge based on what you are buying and where you need it delivered.
Therefore, you need to put some things in your cart and go as far in the
order process as putting in your address for delivery before it can
calculate the P&H.
The charge for us
to send your order does not consist simply of a raw postage cost but also
contributes towards the many other expenses incurred, such as padding and
packaging materials, labour time to pick your order, various overheads, bank commissions and fees, etc.
It's a small price to pay when
you consider the time and money you'll be saving by not having to get in he
car, drive down the street to shop in person! |
